1. Informational Service Only

BijliWise provides independent electricity bill estimation tools based on publicly available tariff orders published by state electricity regulatory commissions. BijliWise is not an electricity distribution utility (DISCOM) and does not issue binding financial utility bills.

2. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high accuracy using verified tariff inputs, actual DISCOM bills may vary due to meter reading cycles, power factor adjustments, municipal taxes, or delayed regulatory surcharges. BijliWise is not liable for financial decisions or discrepancies based on bill estimates.

3. Intellectual Property

All branding, calculation algorithms, website design, and compiled content are the property of BijliWise. Official regulatory tariff orders cited remain the public domain property of their respective state commissions.
